• Primary Function of Position
• As a member of the Digital Design New Product Design team, you will be working on electrical board designs for the current and future da Vinci Multi-Port surgical system
• Apply your knowledge of digital design and transmission line theory to practical applications
• Component selection and implementation through schematic capture
• Simulate solutions where applicable
• High speed design, characterization, and test
• Shepherd the design through the PCA design process
• Board bring-up and troubleshooting
• Work in a cross-functional team environment

Qualifications

• Required Skills and Experience
• Knowledge of Digital logic design and transmission line theory
• Ability to work well in a team and cross-functional environment
• Ability to communicate effectively (written, oral) with the team
• University Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in and returning to an accredited degree-seeking academic program after the internship
